Participants should enroll the competition in team format with at least three and no more than eight members. Team members can belong to different estate agency companies or shops. Each team should have a team name.
Every member in the team must be a current holder of estate agent's licence (individual) or salesperson's licence issued by the EAA. Participants should ensure that they are still holding valid licences before 30 June 2020.
The competition will have a champion, a first runner-up, a second runner-up and merit(s).
Trophy or certificate will be awarded to the winning teams and media interview will be arranged.
All participating teams will be awarded with a certificate of appreciation.
比賽形式 Forms of the Competition
Participating teams are required to select one or more community(s) or district(s) which any of the team member(s) is/are currently working in to be their service target(s) (the selected community(s) or district(s) should be stated in the proposal clearly). The teams should then prepare a proposal suggesting a community service based on the common needs and attributes of the selected community(s) or district(s).
The proposal should include the following content:
The needs or attributes of the targeted community;
Suggested community service that matches with the targeted community;
Implementation plan (including the estimated budget, time and manpower to be used);
The expected benefit that will bring to the targeted community.
Participating teams should submit their proposal via this website in one of the formats below:
A text file in no more than three pages (images are allowed); or
A slideshow in no more than six pages (images are allowed); or
A video not longer than three minutes.

The Preliminary Judging Panel will review the submitted proposals and select the finalists. The EAA will contact the finalists in November 2019 and the finalists are required to implement their proposal and launch the community service between December 2019 and March 2020. Finalists will need to present the concept and outcome of their proposal to the Final Judging Panel. Afterwards, the Final Judging Panel will decide the winners.

All members in the participating team must be licensees of the EAA. Each licensee can only join one team.
All personal data provided by the participants will only be used for the purpose of the Competition (including but not limited to information verification, correspondence and results announcement).
Each team can only submit one proposal.
The nature of the proposal should be non-profit making.
The proposal (despite the proposal format) should not include any inappropriate wording and behaviours.
All decisions made by the judging panel are final. Participants shall abide by the decisions and shall not raise objection.
By submitting a proposal, the participating team agrees to grant the EAA the right to display the awarded proposals and winners’ names on different channels and platforms/media. Besides, the EAA shall also have the right to duplicate or present the awarded proposals for promotional and educational purpose.
The EAA reserves the right to make decision on all matters relating to the Competition and prizes, which shall be final.
